A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required to begin the design process.

Please provide a copy of the music for the program (a YouTube link or edited music cut is acceptable), along with a brief description of the character, theme, or style being represented in the choreography.

I welcome input from everyone involved in the design process, including coaches, choreographers, and the athlete. Please let me know any preferences or dislikes, such as sleeve length, neckline styles, colors, stones, fabrics, etc.

Please provide the target budget range for the dress.

Please send a clear full-body photo of the athlete in a standing position (not in a skating pose) so I can better understand body proportions and fit.

Please include the due date or competition date the dress is needed by.

Full measurements of the athlete will be required before production begins.
