Welcome to Ladu Design. By purchasing from, accessing, or using our products, website, services, or social media pages, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

Ladu Design creates handmade clothing, custom designs, and apparel products. Because all items are handmade and may be produced in limited quantities, slight variations between products may occur.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Ladu Design products are handmade and may include natural imperfections, variations in stitching, sizing, fabric placement, color, print alignment, or finishing details.

By purchasing from Ladu Design, you acknowledge and accept that:

No two items will be exactly identical

Minor imperfections are part of the handmade process

Product photos may appear slightly different due to lighting, screens, and fabric batches

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For all custom dresses, designs, and made-to-order items, a $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process. Once the initial sketch has been sent to the client, this deposit becomes fully non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation, change of mind, or termination of the order.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order

Limit quantities purchased

Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Production & Shipping Times

Because products are handmade, production times may vary.

Estimated shipping or completion dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

High order volume

Material shortages

Carrier delays

Handmade production timelines

Events outside of our control

Ladu Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

All products are provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Ladu Design does not guarantee:

Exact sizing or fit

Color accuracy across devices

Product lifespan

Availability of materials or designs

That products will meet every personal expectation or preference

Normal wear and tear, improper washing, misuse, stretching, fading, shrinking, or accidental damage are not our responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often limited nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not guarantee refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Minor handmade variations

Change of mind

Normal wear and tear

If an item arrives significantly damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Approved resolutions may include:

Replacement

Store credit

Partial refund

Repair at our discretion

7. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchasing.

Ladu Design is not responsible for items that do not fit as expected due to customer sizing choices.

8. Intellectual Property

All Ladu Design branding, logos, graphics, designs, photos, and content are the intellectual property of Ladu Design unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Custom & Limited Edition Items

Custom orders, personalized products, and limited edition releases may not be canceled, refunded, or modified once production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse custom requests at our discretion.

10. Product Care

Customers are responsible for properly caring for garments.

Unless otherwise specified:

Wash cold

Air dry when possible

Avoid excessive heat

Do not bleach

Improper care may damage garments and void any replacement consideration.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ladu Design shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Lost profits or opportunities

Allergic reactions to fabrics or materials

Injuries resulting from misuse of products

Shipping delays or carrier issues

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product ordered.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Permanent refusal of future service

Collections action

Legal action when appropriate

Customers agree to contact Ladu Design first to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating disputes.
